Date: 3/02/2024 Intermediate Patterns: Conover, Cahill/Hendrickson, Blue Quill/Blue Dun, Adams Duration: 3hrs    Overview Classic Catskill Style dry flies are all about proper proportions, material selection and those eloquent upright and divided wings. The flies in this class were selected to teach all the skills necessary to tie Classic Catskill Style dry flies. The flies take the tyer through progression from a wingless fly to a fly with double duck quill slip wings. The Conover is a wingless dry fly. The Light Cahill uses wood duck flank feathers for the wings. The Adams uses hackle tips for wings, and the Blue Quill uses double slips cut from duck quills for wings. Materials and tools provided to students or they can bring their own Classes are meant to be stand alone but can be taken as a series  Classes limited to six people
